We are open daily from 11am to 8 pm.

Is your shop still open during public holidays?

Accepted Answer

Our shop is closed during Christmas and Chinese New Year. We are still open during other public holidays.

Does your shop repair phones? Or sell phone accessories?

Accepted Answer

No, our shop does not repair phones. However we do sell many different phone accessories such as screen protectors, chargers and cables.

Do you repair laptop screens? Or its hinges?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do repair them, both the screen and hinge. Contact us for more information on the pricing and if we can repair it (especially the hinges).

My computer has been infected with a ransomware! Can you decrypt the files?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what kind of ransomware you have been infected with. If we cannot recover the files, we will not charge anything. Call us for more information.

Question 6

I have an apple computer. Can you repair it?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do. Do not expect a low price for the service charge as apple computers are usually difficult to repair. It's components are also expensive.
